Nómada is a Spanish tapas and wine bar, located off a graffitied side-street in Fitzroy, Melbourne.
We designed the 50-seat space to transition seamlessly from day to night, as guests wander nomadically through the tapas style menu from brunch into late evening. The big floating basket lights help soften the space, to make guests feel guided home.
Its hand-pressed tile bar, light Scandi style furniture, hand-stitched tan leather upholstery and the occasional outbreak of a sheepskin throwover make this a relaxing day space for the split-level restaurant.
