Tucked away on Lyndhurst Terrace in the heart of Central HK, this restaurant and bar serves up a menu that balances the heat of Peru with the delicate flavours of Japan.
Our brief was to do the same.
At Tokyo Lima, Japanese-Peruvian inspired elements form eclectic interiors. Combine this with creative cocktails and you get a place which feels daring and unexpected, yet familiar and intimate.
Stepping into the terracotta, copper and warm-toned bar, guests are instantly drawn in by an inviting atmosphere that feels far from the busy streets of Central HK.
Once inside, a basalt chef’s bar surrounds the semi-open kitchen in the main dining space, while a private dining space for 15 offers diners a VIP experience on demand.
